What kind of work do you do most often?
Mostly small to mid size renovations in Edinburgh tenements and villas. Typical jobs include kitchens, bathrooms, fitted storage and joinery, media walls, and multi room upgrades.
Where are your sites?
Edinburgh and the Lothians. We plan jobs to keep travel sensible and avoid last minute changes.
What does a normal week look like?
You will usually know your start time, site access, and what is expected for the week ahead. We run jobs with a clear scope, a clear sequence, and regular updates to the client.
How do you keep jobs calm for clients?
We protect the home properly, keep shared areas tidy, communicate clearly, and document any changes before work starts on them. If something unexpected turns up, we explain it in plain English and agree the next step.
Do you provide a workmanship warranty?
Yes. We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on our projects, and we treat snagging and aftercare as part of finishing properly.
How are variations and changes handled?
Changes are discussed and confirmed before they happen. We do not leave surprises to the end of the job.
What are your site standards?

What roles are you hiring for?
We welcome expressions of interest for joinery, bathroom and interiors work, apprenticeships and project support. These are areas of interest, not current vacancies.
Do you offer apprenticeships or training?
Apprentices and improvers can send an expression of interest. Any opportunity and the support available would be discussed separately.
What experience do you look for?
We look for pride in finish, respect for the client’s home, reliability, and a calm approach to problem solving. For lead roles, you should be confident planning your work and communicating clearly with the wider team.
What about tools, vans, and materials?
This depends on the role. Expectations are discussed upfront so there is no confusion. Materials and site logistics are planned, not improvised.
Do you offer overtime?
Overtime is handled transparently and agreed in advance. We avoid last minute pressure whenever possible.
Do you take work life balance seriously?
Yes. We plan realistically, communicate early when things change, and avoid creating pressure through poor organisation. We want people to do great work and still have a life outside work.
What is your approach to ethical work and modern slavery?
We do not tolerate forced labour, human trafficking, or exploitative working practices. We expect the same standards from subcontractors and suppliers, and we will act if concerns are raised.
