A few details to get started.

Brunon and his team were on time every day. The site was always left tidy overnight and Brunon was always happy to chat and explain what they were doing.
He turned up on time, was courteous and completed the work to a high standard on the day stated, at the price stated. Very happy customer, will hire him again.

Make space for work and the room around it
Your desk needs room for the equipment you use, with sockets and connections still accessible. Think about what you reach for during the day and what you would like to put away when work finishes.
You may need to take calls while the rest of the household is at home, then put work away at the end of the day. Tell us how that works for you. In an older sitting room or bedroom, original skirting, sash windows and the way the doors open matter alongside the desk.
A recess may offer space for shelves or a desk; read about making use of alcoves.

What customers say
Very professional, Brunon took the time to perfect designs and gave great advice for our built in bookshelves. The guys working over the week were very good, took on board all our finishing touches and love the final look!
Excellent work delivered with minimum of disruption. The storage units were built off site and delivered fitted and painted. The externally sourced wine racks needed a bit of adjustment. Throughout all of the project Brunon and his team were completely professional and a pleasure to work with.

The room, organised
Your choices, brought together.
We start with what sits on the desk, what stays powered and what needs to remain reachable. Desk depth, storage, cable routes and ventilation are agreed together. We make the fitted components in our workshop and coordinate the installation.
Fully insured: £2 million public and products liability and £10 million employers' liability.
Design, engineering and permissions
Sockets and lighting can be coordinated through the competent electrician we appoint. Electrical work and certification remain with that trade. We measure the room and keep equipment, sockets and connections accessible. Existing damp or mould staining needs investigation before joinery closes the view; damp treatment is not sold as a separate service here. Architectural design, engineering and approvals, where required, remain with your appointed professionals.
Agree the fixed data-cabling specification separately from the mains electrical design. Record equipment needs, cable routes and future access before the fitted furniture is made. The electrician remains responsible for the mains work and its certification.

Including VAT
This is a broad starting point, not a price promise for a particular layout or fit-out. The written quotation follows assessment of the measured design and agreed scope. Each home office is priced for that design; the full VAT-inclusive figure is agreed before work is booked.

What is included?
We supply and fit the agreed desk, drawers, shelving, closed storage and accessible cable routes. The measured design records visible materials, finish, hardware, electrical work and installation scope. Whether a small standalone brief fits the current service is confirmed in the initial conversation. We do not offer labour-only or fit-only work.
How much preparation time should I allow?
For all work, allow at least four weeks from first enquiry for the initial discussion, survey, written quotation, your decision and ordering. The programme and installation date are agreed for the measured design and scope; this is not a fixed completion period.
What should we send with an enquiry?
Start with the equipment list: screens, computers, printer, speakers and anything that needs power or data. Photographs and rough room dimensions help us discuss desk depth, storage, access and what the fitted furniture needs to do.
What happens if the work changes?
If an agreed detail needs to change, we record the proposed work, cost and programme effect and obtain agreement before carrying out the changed work. The project contract sets out the process for the agreed scope.
How do we start?
Send your enquiry by form or email. We arrange a follow-up call to talk through the project. If a site visit is useful, we arrange it afterwards and agree any fee beforehand. The programme and start date are agreed for the measured project after the quotation is accepted.
What happens at handover?
The project contract identifies the handover checks, snagging route, workmanship terms and aftercare for the agreed scope. Any certificates for the work come from the subcontractors who carry it out.

What should be checked in the data-cabling specification?
Agree the fixed data-cabling specification with the installer before joinery closes the route. Check the product’s conductor material and evidence of compliance; copper-clad aluminium should not be assumed equivalent to standards-compliant copper category cable. Higher resistance, and a real fire risk at the currents modern powered devices draw through a tight bundle of cable. Keep the data design separate from the mains electrical design, with safe routes agreed by the appropriate trades. Agree the mains electrical requirements with the qualified electrical contractor, separately from the data-cabling specification.
How does a home office connect to other fitted work?
The same measured approach applies to bespoke joinery and fitted storage. A desk, storage and cable access can be planned together within the agreed scope.
What if we need work urgently?
We do not start construction within four weeks of the first enquiry. The call, property assessment where needed, quotation, your decision and preparation come first. The actual start and programme are agreed for your project. If you need urgent help, contact an emergency tradesperson.
Our Christmas offer
Dinner is on us.
Book your renovation with us by 15 December 2026 and, while the work is under way, your first £50 of dinner is on us.
A Christmas present that arrives when you need it most. Picture it. The kitchen is down to bare walls, the hall smells of fresh plaster, and nobody wants to cook. So don't. Get a table somewhere warm, order something you would never make at home, and let someone else do the washing up.
Book by 15 December 2026. Your works can start later.
