This was a partial garage conversion. Sweet Homes made a new opening from the house into the garage. Part of the garage is now a working toilet.
The sliding door is still outstanding, so we are not presenting the project as complete.
What this case does not include
A separate project involved demolishing and rebuilding a summer house. It was not a garage conversion. That work is not part of this case note.
