The scope
We removed the old garage and built a new insulated timber summer house on its original footprint, with dedicated shed and storage space built in.
The work included an EPDM rubber roof with a rooflight, sliding doors, electrics inside and outside, cladding and render, and a timber fence.
The homeowner’s review also records new paths and paving.
